These questions are part of preparing for a remote, solitary retreat and help us support your wellbeing and safety during your stay. Our retreat cabins are located at approximately 8,200 feet in a mountainous environment and involve extended periods of solitude with limited human contact. The retreats are intended to support the deepening of an existing contemplative or spiritual practice and are designed for individuals who feel emotionally stable and resourced. They are not intended as a substitute for therapy or as support during an acute life crisis (such as recent loss, trauma, or severe emotional distress). This retreat environment is not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing acute psychological distress, active suicidal thoughts, psychosis, or who require regular therapeutic or medical monitoring.
